Reception Area and Waiting Room

 We welcome tours of our facility. We believe our commitment to client satisfaction and communication sets us apart from the rest. One of our friendly receptionists will greet you and are happy to help you with your appointment scheduling, checking in/out, and prescription needs.  We do our best to minimize wait times by scheduling appointments.  We understand that time is valuable.






Pet Depot

The Pet Depot carries a wide selection of Hills diets for your canine and feline friend. We also carry Hills prescription diets for the many needs of our clients. The Pet Depot is a full service boarding, grooming, and retail store. You can call us at 601-853-3768 to make reservations for your pet to be boarded, or with one of our 3 pet groomers to shampoo and cut your pets hair.



























Exam Rooms

We have 4 exam rooms that are completely equipped for full physical exams as well as client education. We believe that education is one of our primary responsibilities. We have a large selection of client handouts on almost every subject, anatomical models and other visual aids for various conditions. We are strong believers in preventative care. We strive to show everyone how to provide routine care for their pet including brushing their teeth, cleaning their ears, trimming their nails, and other maintenance things your pet may need.




Radiology

We have a radiology room complete with an automatic processor so we can take and develop radiographs quickly. We also offer ultrasound diagnostics and endoscopy for our patients.

























Surgery Suite

Our surgery suite is well equipped for any surgery. We have an EKG, respiratory and pulse oximeter we use on every patient. We use Isoflurane gas anesthetic that is extremely safe and state-of-the-art. We believe the key to safe anesthesia is using the best agents, and extremely close monitoring by equipment and trained professionals that can react to any emergency situation. We have heated water pads on our surgery table to keep patients warm so they recover faster and have less chance of post-operative complications.  A trained Veterinary Technician is with your pet from the minute they go to sleep all the way until they wake up monitoring every need your pet may have. 





Treatment

Our treatment room has 2 wet tables for non-sterile procedures such as dentals, wounds, and treatments. We keep all our sick or hospitalized patients and our surgery patients in here so that we can keep a constant eye on them. We have state of the art equipment including fluid pumps, oxygen cages, EKG, Blood Pressure monitors to help us provide the very best care for our patients.




Lab Area

We have many pieces of sophisticated equipment in our in-house laboratory. We can perform a complete CBC, chemistry including electrolytes, and urinalysis in just a few minutes. We have two microscopes where doctors run many serological and microscopic tests. We also send samples out daily to one of the largest veterinary labs in the country that has a huge network of specialists to advise us.
Our well equipped lab allows us to run preoperative blood work and emergency blood testing the same day.
We emphasize preventative and early diagnostic screening because the earlier a problem is recognized, the more likely it is that we can treat it effectively and keep the patient healthy.





Spacious Indoor Boarding Accommodations
 
Our spacious runs and cages provide the best comfort for your pet during their stay with us. All dogs are walked 3 times daily in our fenced exercise area, fresh linens are provided, fresh water, and all cages are disinfected daily. We feed Science Diet dog food to all boarders and can feed your pet a different food for an additional fee. Call ahead and make boarding reservations so we can guarantee your pets room and make the check in times shorter for you. If your pet has any medical needs our doctors can see your pets need while boarding and save you a trip back for another visit. All pets are required to be vaccinated and receive a current physical exam for their protection as well as other boarders. In the event you use another veterinarian please make sure they have forwarded all vaccination records to us before checking in.




Fenced Exercise Area

Pets are let out 3 times a day to stretch their legs and exercise in our large outside fenced yard. It's not uncommon to see a kennel staff member throwing a ball or sitting with a little dog in their lap being brushed and loved on.
